Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event.

Customization & Experience

Can you add text or animations to the videos?

Absolutely! We can personalize video overlays, intros, and outros to match your event theme or brand.

Can we choose the music for our videos?

Yes! You can provide a playlist, and we'll sync the audio to your videos.

Are props included?

Yes! We offer a variety of fun props to enhance your guests' experience.

How long does setup and teardown take?

We typically require 60-90 minutes for setup and about 30-45 minutes for teardown.

Do you need access to power and Wi-Fi?

Yes, we require a standard power outlet and Wi-Fi for instant sharing. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, we can queue the videos for later delivery.

How do guests receive their videos?

Videos are delivered instantly via text, email, or QR code for easy sharing.

Can we get a full gallery of all videos after the event?

Yes! We provide a downloadable link with all the event content.
